Abstract

This article continues with a tribute to Sir. Arthur C. Clarke. It includes the translation of an article published in 1945, “Extraterrestrial Relays”. This is a historical document because it represents a prediction of what would come after 20 years, ie, satellite communications, in a very close way to the present. The translation is taken from the publication of the original document.
