Abstract

This paper describes a technique for carrying out the calibration Axial in a 3D measurement system by fringe projection. The proposed approach uses a calibration technique for calculating temporal phase and the technique of least squares polynomial approximation for modeling the correlation between phase and shift in z. We present several results of measurements made with real objects.
