Abstract
This paper presents the design and construction of the maglev module IEBG-CA59010, which includes analysis, design and selection of each part of the magnetic levitator, signal conditioning such as electromagnet and position sensor control, power amplifier and sensor power. Furthermore, the signals are conditioned to implement control algorithms with data acquisition board, in this case the LabView software and the NI-Elvis National Instruments. The analysis of different magnetic levitators was performed in the literature by checking their most important characteristics. The magnetic levitation prototype and results are presented here.
