Abstract

The concept of “ identity” allows the modeling of societies, more than understanding the ”ethnic identity”, to analyze the processes by which people identify themselves and identify with others. Through the study of personal networks of young people in Sarajevo (Bosnia Herzegovina) this work shows different identification processes in a context of strong ethnic exclusion.
