Abstract

Submarine robots are a part of mechatronics inspired by marine exploration and they have the ability to move and maneuver inside the water, they can be of two types: manned or unmanned; the unmanned include remotely manipulated underwater robots, semi-autonomous and autonomous. This article shows the design and construction of a low-cost prototype of a human-guided, unmanned underwater robot.
