Scientific Dissemination Journal of Engineering and Technologies is an open-access electronic journal, published as one annual volume by the Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas "Francisco García Salinas", through its Academic Unit of Electrical Engineering. Since its founding in 2005 and registration under ISSN: 2007-3585, the journal promotes original scientific contributions in various fields of engineering and technology, including tutorials, experimental research, numerical analyses, and case studies.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a preliminary editorial review, followed by a blind peer review process, in which at least two expert reviewers anonymously assess the work. If contrasting evaluations arise, a third reviewer may be assigned to ensure academic rigor. Publication decisions are based on reviewer feedback and compliance with editorial standards.
